Mary Mary Not Quite So Contrary

When we moved into our home, I had grand plans for a garden. In my head, there would be beautiful flowers, lush vegetables and herbs I'd use on a daily basis for cooking. Fast forward three years and the landscape that came with the house is the only thing there (minus one plant that didn't make it). Too bad my green thumb is more of a brownish color - I'd love to have a garden a la Martha Stewart. Look at those yummy tomatoes! Any motivational gardening tips?

I've had those same grand plans...but it's all about trial & error in the garden. It's taken me 3 years to master tomatoes, for me it's all about the right sunny spot.

I'm starting small and bought some seeds to plant in a pot. If I can take care of that first, then I'll see about a garden! I'll keep in mind the power of a sunny spot!
