finally!

After scouring the Internet for the perfect gold necklace, I finally bought one today - it was on a whim, I wasn't even looking for it! I went to lunch with two lovely friends today at Taco Diner (delish, as always) and walked over to locally-owned Epic, in the West Village and saw this little beauty and snatched it up!

If you live in Dallas and haven't been to Epic, get down there yo! They have an amazing earring collection and some cute clothes (a little pricey, but nice eye candy).

I'm still on the search for a staple necklace and came across Michelle Chang's Etsy shop where the options make it that much harder to close in on one necklace.

These are the two that I have my eye on. I'm imposing a pick-a-necklace deadline on myself of this Friday. I think ;)

Every time I get on Etsy I'm mesmerized by the handmade goods that people dream up and make into reality. My bff recently purchased a dainty wishbone necklace that I wouldn't mind making my own. Before I cave and make us necklace twins, I decided to peruse the pages of the ridiculously talented Etsians.

This one from BeauandStella's Etsy shop is the front runner right now. I like that it's a spin on the traditional leaf necklace. This shop, admittedly, has many necklaces I'm lusting after.
